We work right in the heart of Berlin, just one stop away from the central station. Our projects take us all over the world. As a medium-sized company, we are very experienced in our markets and very dynamic in our processes, so we can offer excellent solutions to our customers and partners. Just as we’ve been doing since 1988.

With 120 employees in Berlin and 40 colleagues at 6 locations in North America and Europe, we are small enough to know everyone’s name yet big enough to offer many opportunities to grow together. We speak many languages but usually we work in English and German.

We use local data to make cities more livable. We are proud to be able to offer our own complete system with our hardware and software specialists and our own production facility. With digital intelligence, the real world becomes measurable. Our data provides knowledge that supports making the right decisions for the city’s traffic, work environment and quality of life.

At our company, everyone assumes responsibility and thus contributes significantly to our success. New ideas and a fresh look at familiar situations are always welcome. Our work is agile and flexible. Late risers, early birds and people with family responsibilities can adjust their working hours to their own rhythm. With 30 days of vacation a year and the possibility to convert overtime into leave, we create space for leisure and work-life balance.

It is important to us that we work well and enjoy doing it. Everyone who joins us will start with an onboarding program to get to know the workplace and our company. We are open to part-time and speculative applications and are also pleased to receive inquiries from student workers and interns. By the way, we also offer vocational training, currently as an electronics technician for equipment and systems. This vocational training is certified by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

What do I need to include in my application?

Please send us your complete application by email. The email should include a cover letter, your resume and relevant reference letters, and be sent as a PDF file. We cannot consider ZIP files and Word documents. And please don’t forget to include your earliest possible starting date and your desired salary in your application.
